This information conforms to and regulates the conditions of use, the limitations on liability, and the obligations that users of the web published under the domain name www.tekia.es assume and undertake to abide by.

DEFINITIONS

“Page”, the domain www.tekia.es which is made available to internet users.

“User”, means a natural or legal person using or requesting a publicly available electronic communications service; (Definition of the European Code of Electronic Communications)

“End User “ means a user not providing public electronic communications networks or publicly available electronic communications services. (Definition of the European Code of Electronic Communications).

 "Content” refers to the pages that make up the entire domain www.tekia.es  which comprises the information and services that TEKIA INGENIEROS make available to Internet users. They contain messages, texts, photographs, graphics, icons, logos, technology, links, textures, drawings, sound and/or image archives, recordings, software, appearance, graphic designs and source codes, and in general, any type of material that the page contains.

"Web" technical word that describes the system of access to information through internet, which is set up through pages created in HTML language or similar and programming mechanisms such as Java, JavaScript, PEP, or others etc. These pages, designed and published under a domain name, contain the information that the owner makes available to internet users.

"Hyperlink" technique through which a user is able to navigate different web pages, or through internet with a simple click on the text, icon, button or indication containing the link.

"Cookies”, technical means for "traceability”and monitoring website browsing. These are small text files written into the User's computer. This method has implications for privacy and therefore, TEKIA INGENIEROS shall advise in an appropriate and reliable manner that they will be used when the page is opened.

"Terminal equipment" equipment directly or indirectly connected to the interface of a public telecommunications network to send, process or receive information; (Definition present in the Directive 2008/63/EC  on competition in the markets in telecommunications terminal equipment).

TERMS OF USE

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
