When it comes to highway management, our approach, skills and experience are global, innovative and sustainable. We provide solutions for every stage of the engineering process, for both new and existing highways. At TEKIA, we are familiar with every aspect involved in highway operations, and this experience allows us to contribute from the very early design stages.

We regularly design highway management procedures and their corresponding technological projects, which include balanced scorecards and indicators for service supervision and revenue auditing, management of the implementation and commissioning processes, and assistance in the operational phase, both for operators and supervisors. We also offer technical and financial auditing as part of DUE-DILIGENCE processes.

Highway management project


Strategic consulting at the heart of our investment and operation policy with the design of national and regional systems architectures and action plans, operating models and funding and pricing models.

Technical assistance in DUE DILIGENCE processes for the deployment of ITS systems

Project design for highway facilities, including any type of toll system (conventional, electronic, free-flow) and ITS, communications and control and management centers, in line with each country’s regulations

Technical assistance in project management during the system installation processes to ensure that requirements, deadlines, cost targets and security conditions are met
Operating manual and project design (operating plans, user services, emergencies, maintenance, quality)

Definition and/or supervision of highway operations and assessment of compliance with the operational and maintenance requirements based on performance indicators and equipment and system output; verification of compliance with operating plans; capacity and income auditing.
