LEGITIMATION
The legal basis for the processing of your data is the consent that we have requested from you for this purpose.
All requested data are mandatory; if you do not provide them, TEKIA INGENIEROS will not be able to process your request.
DATA RETENTION PERIODS / CRITERIA
Your personal data will be retained until you are assigned a job position and provided that you do not withdraw your consent. If you withdraw your consent, your data will be deleted; for these purposes, deletion shall be understood as the blocking of your data. In this regard, blocked data will be made available exclusively to courts, the Public Prosecutor’s Office, or other competent public authorities, in particular data protection authorities, for the purpose of addressing potential liabilities arising from the processing, and for the period of limitation of such liabilities.

No disclosure of data to third parties is envisaged, except where required by law.
No international data transfers to countries outside the European Union are envisaged.

The withdrawal of consent will not affect the lawfulness of processing based on consent before its withdrawal.
